The Cliffs of Moher in County Clare along the west coast of Ireland attract close to one million visitors per year, with cliffs varying in height from 120 meters (394 feet) to 214 meters (702 feet). I was dropped off by bus in the town of Doolin on a somewhat wet July day and hiked south along the cliffs until I reached the tower at Hag’s Head. There, I camped overnight and took this photo. I continued on to Liscannor in the morning.
